三.片材生產工藝:
→原料預處理
→用擠出機將顆粒狀物料加熱、輸送、壓縮;
→物料通過分散混合、熔體均化,再以壓力輸入過濾器和平擠模頭;
→熔體過濾,計量泵(熔體泵)定量穩定押出熔體;
→熔體在模頭內均勻配流復合、定量穩壓擠出;
→膜片成型;
→三輥壓片、冷卻、定型;
→切廢邊至要求幅寬尺寸;
→自然冷卻輸送片材;
→收卷廢邊;
→牽引片材;
→儲料架過度
→片材收卷

→原料預處理
