Maintenance instructions
1、定期檢查過濾器，更換濾布、濾網，定期給水箱換
水，時刻保持循環水的清潔
Check the filter regularly ,change the filter cloth, filter the net, change
water regularly to the water tank, and keep the circulating water clean
2、羅茨泵的換油周期為：首次在開機后 15 天，以后
每次最多不超過 30 天
The oil change period of the roots pump is: the first time after starting
up 15days, after each time not more than 30 days
3、必須定期（推薦 15 天）清洗羅茨泵轉子表面的塑
料蒸汽結晶體
The plastic vapor crystals on the surface of the rotz pump must be
cleaned regularly (15 days recommended)
4、羅茨泵停泵時正常油位應在油鏡的 3/4 處，油杯必
須長期有油
The normal oil level should be at 3/4 of the oil mirror when the rotz
pump stops pumping , and the oil cup must have oil for a long time
5、羅茨泵的油含有水分、其它雜質或油質變差時，必
須及時更換，使用 100#真空泵油
The oil in the rotz pump contains moisture, other impurities or thequality of the oil has deteriorated, must be replaced in time, using
100#vacuum pump oil
6、禁止顆粒、液態水分從吸入口進入羅茨泵
the particle and liquid water are forbidden from entering into the roots
pump
7、羅茨泵的加油、放油螺絲必須要擰緊
The refueling screws and the oil drain screws of the rotz pump must be
tightened
8、保證水箱有良好的換熱效果，水箱水溫不得超過
40℃
Ensure that the water tank has a good heat exchange effect,and the
water temperature of the tank must not exceed 40 degrees
9、嚴禁更改電箱上真空開關的設置或人為強制啟動
羅茨泵
It is strictly forbidden to change the setting of vacuum switch on the
electric box or force the rotz pump to be started
10、保持機器通風干燥環境
Keep the machine ventilated and dry
