I. Process flow
放卷→進片送片→加熱軟化塑片→成型后沖剪→輸送,堆疊制品→廢邊收卷

① 、采用高品質碳素鋼鏈軌,鏈軌閉合時送片。

② 、輸送動力采用日本松下2.0伺服電機驅動行星減速機驅動鏈軌輸送。送片精度高。

① 、采用上下爐加熱結構:上爐采用縱向10片橫向6片共60片國產紅外加熱器加熱,
下爐采用縱向3片橫向20片共60片國產紅外加熱區加熱。溫控模塊控制加熱器
PID調節加熱。

10A-5,采用氣壓1Mpa。
