1.     制杯機送片采用伺服電機驅動，同比普通交流電機。具有大扭矩，快速相應能力。比普通電機啟停頻繁可以節省8%的功耗。

2.     拉伸采用伺服拉伸，更比氣缸拉伸相應速度塊，比空壓機充氣至氣缸進行拉伸動作節省10%左右的功耗。

3.     加熱器采用德國進口的Elstein Hts系列的節能紅外線輻射器。內部填充隔熱材料，使內部輻射熱量不會輕易散出。比普通輻射加熱器節約10%左右的功耗。

ZB7842Energy saving instructions for cup making machine

1. Cup making machine feeding is driven by servo motor, compared with ordinary ac motor. With large torque, rapid response capacity. It can save 8% power consumption than ordinary motor.

2. Servo stretching is adopted for stretching, and the corresponding speed block is more stretched than the cylinder, and the power consumption is reduced by about 10% when the air compressor is inflated to the cylinder for stretching.

3. The heater adopts energy saving infrared radiators of Elstein Hts series imported from Germany. The interior is filled with heat insulation material, so that the internal radiation heat will not be easily distributed. It saves about 10% power consumption compared with ordinary radiation heater.

4. Servo motor is used for mold closing. The power consumption is about 10% lower than that of normal mode closing.
