AZS-820/610全自動三工位正負壓熱成型
一、適合片材:
淀粉降解片材、光降解片材、環保片材、APET、PETG。各種顏色片材: PVC、HIPS、PET、PS、PP、EPS等。植絨片材。
二、功能特點:
01. 機械、氣動，電氣一體化。各動作程序由PLC控制。觸摸屏操作，簡單方便。
02. 成型、裁斷、堆疊三工位。
03. 正負壓帶輔助拉伸成型。
04. 上、下模成型方式。
05. 伺服送片，長度無級調整，高速準確穩定。
06. 上下雙電熱爐兩倍加熱，溫控更加精確。
07. 電熱爐控溫系統采用全電腦智能自動補償控制，分區一控一采用人機界面數字輸入，具有微調精度高，溫度均勻，升溫快（從0-400度只需5分鐘），穩定（不受外部電壓影響，溫度波動不超過1度），能耗低（節能15%左右），爐板使用壽命長等優點。
08. 自動堆疊，制品自動計數輸出。
09. 具有產品資料及參數檔案記憶功能。
10. 邊角料自動收卷。
11. 送片鏈軌寬度可同步或分立電動調整。
12. 電熱爐自動移出裝置。
