V. Other detail of the machine：

1. The machine frame is welded by 100#and 120# steel tank, which has reasonable structure.

2. Upper and lower mould plate we use nodular cast iron(QT500-7),which has strong rigidity and high impact resistance.

3. Movement of upper and lower mould plate is guided by 4pillars and pillar guide,which has strong guide, machine stable running and increase using life of cutters.

4. Material of pillars is 40Cr steel, which is plated hard chrome and grinded as mirror.

5. Transmission of feeding uses motor from Taiwan Dongli, which has the advantage of accurate feeding,strong power and stable performance.

6. Feeding caterpillars use 4/8” double-row chains with tooth,cooling with stainless tube.

7. Heating cabinet uses stainless steel plate, with upper and lower heating. Heating tiles are ceramic from Jingsu. Insulated device outside the heating box,which can save power. And upper and lower heating cabinets are automatically move pulling by cylinder.

8. Heating way: upper and lower total symmetry 12lines.

9. Forming and stretching cylinder is ?160×125mm, fast speed,can improve transparency and evenness.

10. Clamping mould and automatic punching use the principle of injection,the hydraulic cylinder driving the Linkage device to do fluctuate transmission,which can reach 180mm，fast and low noise, high output. Oil tank uses imported sealing ring,connecting rod is consisted by nodular cast iron with inner 38crmoA1A steel bushing and steel shaft,which high resistance and long using life.

11. Winding sheet uses on-line winding, mainly wind the waste sheet that punching from producing.

12.Power of worm gear reducer motor is 0.37kw.

13. Two lubricating pump supply respectively to five fulcrums and four guiding pillars.
